We are local Adelaide Photographers Tess Butler, Jon Mitchell, Jase Hickson and Troy Cannell – you can read more about us in our bios here . We are offering some of our favourite captures for sale as fine art prints and canvases
Upcoming Market Dates and Exhibitions
We currently have a selection of canvases available through Cibo in Moseley Square, Glenelg. In April 2023 we will be exhibiting for the month at the Pantry on Egmont, Westbourne Park. We don’t have any market dates planned at the moment.
Privacy and payments
We do not and will not ever provide your information to any third party except where necessary to process payments. Payments through the website are processed securely by Woocommerce and market day payments are processed through Square. We accept a variety of payment types including credit card, PayPal and Afterpay.
Orders
Please allow 10 business days for the fulfillment of your order. All of our printing is done to order with a local South Australian print lab, collected each Friday and posted on the same day.
Image Quality
Please rest assured that our print images are of a very high quality and we only offer print sizes up to the resolution that the image is capable of. The images on our website are low resolution so that the site wont take long periods of time to load and also due to the risk of image theft.
Postage
Postage is done through Australia Post, your print is packed with care in a robust mailing tube and should reach you in pristine condition. Canvases and frames are carefully bubble wrapped and boxed for transport.
Refunds
Should there be any issue with the quality of your print please email us at hello@umbracollective.com.au to arrange a refund or replacement, we aren’t happy unless you are!
